If you Have had an MC number for at least three months
– Have equipment that meets our requirements
– Are ready for interstate travel

STEP#03
Prepare the necessary documents:
– W9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)
– Insurance certificate (liability and cargo policies with us listed as the certificate holder)
STEP#04
Sign the dispatch agreement, which forms the foundation of our services and includes a limited Power of Attorney (PoA).
This grants us the authority to represent your company in dealings with various parties.
